Zhangjiagang, a county-level city in Suzhou, Jiangsu province, is to launch an electronic licenses sharing application on Jan 1, 2018.
After the application's launch, Zhangjiagang residents won't need to submit paper business licenses when handling with service affairs in government. Relevant departments will be able to gain and reuse ID card information directly from the electronic license sharing platform.
Qu Rongjie, the director of Zhangjiagang service management office, said that Zhangjiagang planned to complete the collection of electronic licenses information across the county and build an integrated license sharing application service system in the next two years.
Zhangjiagang is the first pilot city to issue the electronic licenses sharing application in Jiangsu province, which is an important step to promote "Internet + Government services".
